General disposition.
This web section describes the Terms and Conditions of the website www.constant-fumigations.com.ar (hereinafter "Site") owned by Ezequiel Andrés Constante CUIT 20-41150203-2 (hereinafter "Constant Fumigations"), on the uses of the Site and the obligations of both Constant Fumigations and the people (hereinafter "User / s") who access the Site.
Any User who wishes to access the Site may do so subject to the respective Terms and Conditions, and CLAUSE (1) of the Privacy Policy ( www.constant-fumigations.com.ar/privacy ), where the information collected by the Site for informational purposes about the use and access to it so that Constant Fumigations improves the interaction with the User.

Any User who wishes to access the services (hereinafter "Service / s") provided by Constant Fumigations must read, understand, and fully accept the terms established in:

(3) in the Privacy Policy ( www.constant-fumigations.com.ar/privacidad )
Before:
(1) make a phone call to 0810-220-4500 and coordinate the performance of a Service;
(2) make the payment for the subscription to one of the plans presented on the Site (hereinafter "Subscription").
ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THE CONTRACTING CONDITIONS, OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, MUST REFRAIN FROM CONTRACTING THE SERVICES OF CONSTANT FUMIGATIONS.
It is established that the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policies, and the Contracting Conditions, are presented close and visible to the communication media established by Constant Fumigations for their previous reading by the Users.
Establish that Constant Fumigations, prior to carrying out a Service, will ask the User if he has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policies, and the Contract Conditions in their entirety, by means of a Checkbox for each document, obligatory of be ticked to complete the registration process on the Site.

CLAUSE (2). Data collection mechanisms
Information is collected in three ways:
Through the Site . When completing a user registration (hereinafter "Registration") the system will enter the database those requested by it. The process is required to start the online acquisition of the maintenance services expressed in the "prices and promotions" section.
This mechanism will collect and store in the database the complete information of the User because to finish the process the User must check the reading and acceptance box of:

(3) the Terms and Conditions of use ( www.constant-fumigations.com.ar/terms )
CLAUSE (3). Information collected and purpose of data
Of the contact details.
If the User had initiated the contracting process by telephone in accordance with the provisions of CLAUSE x of the Contract Conditions, the telephone number provided by the User will be collected to maintain contact. In case of a future modification, it must be notified to the email contacto@contant-fumigations.com.ar . Subsequently, an email address will be requested and collected to send the relevant documentation to said process.
If the User had started the contracting process via email in accordance with the provisions of CLAUSE x of the Contract Conditions, the email box used by the User to maintain contact will be collected. The User may choose to cancel the receipt of emails by Constant Fumigations by accessing the link provided in the message for that purpose.
Of personal data.
The User's data will be requested during the contracting process to start the Registration process in accordance with the provisions of CLAUSE 2, subsection e, of the Terms and Conditions of use ( www.constant-fumigations.com.ar/terminos ), but they will be included in the database ONLY after the acceptance of these Privacy Policies, as well as the terms established in the Contract Conditions ( www.constant-fumigations.com.ar/contratación ) arranged by Constant Fumigations, with The objective of making the provision of services effective and making correct use of the established administrative circuit.
The following information will be requested: (1) full name or company name if the service is taken by a legal person, (2) CUIL or CUIT number as appropriate, (3) street and numbering, (4) town, (5) code postcard, (6) party, (7) entrecalles.
Of the data of the property.
They will be requested for delivery to the address budgets@constant-fumigations.com.ar , or by phone in order to prepare the relevant budget.
They may not be included in the individual technical sheet (specified in article x of the Contract Conditions) until the Registration process has been completed, which implies the acceptance of these Privacy Policies, as well as the terms established in the Contract Conditions ( www.constant-fumigations.com.ar/contratación ) provided by Constant Fumigations.
The following data of the property will be requested: (1) total size of the building in square meters or cubic meters as appropriate, (2) size of the garden in square meters, (3) type of establishment as established in article XX of the Conditions of Contracting, (4) number of sections or spaces that make up the property, (5) number of corresponding offices, (6) number of corresponding deposits, (7) number of corresponding departments, (8) number of common areas if applicable, (9) number of bathrooms if applicable, and (10) number of kitchens if applicable.
